VIKPA Meetings
VIKPA meets on the third Thursday of each month at 1:00 p.m. in the new Renal Unit Board Room.

The new Renal Unit is located at the Royal Jubilee Hospital Diagnosis and Treatment Centre. Once inside the building go past the information desk, past the main elevators. Look for the Renal Dialysis doors on your left. You are invited to attend these meetings. Only VIKPA members can vote on agenda items.

VIKPA Meeting Dates
The dates for upcoming meetings in 2009 are:

• January 26
• February 19 (AGM).
• March 19
• April 16
• May 21

• June 18
• September 17
• October 15
• November 19
• December 17 * Christmas Social 12 noon.

Annual General Meeting
The VIKPA Annual General Meeting is held at 1:00 p.m. prior to the regular February meeting. Everyone is invited to attend this meeting, but only VIKPA members in good standing can vote.
The Annual General Meeting agenda will include the following items each year:
• Presentation of the financial statements.
• Reports from the directors.
• The election of directors.

This agenda is subject to change by the directors and the AGM Committee.
