This link should be downloaded as well, as it contains the information you need to include all the expensed you are entitled to by revenue Canada. Take special note of the milage allowance and meal allowance. It has increased from last year's allowance. If you use a bus pass to get to dialysis, that is a deductable expense now, and also expenses incurred using handi dart.
